GlamST : Looks + new eye features LAUNCH

I am very excited to share a little about an amazing website I came across through BrandBacker.  The site is GlamST and it is described as a positive community of women that feel comfortable with their choices and who they are.  Try virtual looks, try products you would never dare to try, find your real beauty, help others find the best looks, have fun and give advice!

What I Love

What I love most about this site is that you get to upload a photo and try on real makeup products virtually.  You can change the shades and products to create a flawless look and you are left with the names and shades of products needed to create the look at home!  Here is a picture of a look that I created on myself.

Creating Looks

You can create, save, and share looks.  Click on +info and see all the similar looks of the community. Give a gogirl! and let know that you love that look for her.  There are also new eyeshadow and eyreliner features available.  You can always change shades and delete the products that you do not want in order to find your perfect look!

GlamST's Message

Our message is that we want you to dare to try new looks and help others to find the best looks. We believe in the power of women and on the real beauty that every one of us have.
We need you to pursue this vision together, love what we do and help us to be better at this, so we can create the perfect platform that every one of us wants.

About the Brand
GlamST is co-foundered by two remarkable woman, telematics engineers from Uruguay, South America. As women engineers in a male-dominated world, they decided to bring innovation to a problem women face everyday: choosing make that's best for you and spotting the latest trends.

They began their start-up 2.5 years ago, when we were finishing our engineering degrees from university. They started it as a project and then transformed it into our business and passion for the last couple of years.

At first, they coded the first version of the software, which L'Oreal uses in our country; it was a point of sale version of the virtual tester, which automatically captures a picture of the user. The product has now evolved to GlamST: an online platform, which aims to create a new way of selecting and buying products.

They believe that they can create a new process of selection of makeup online and that our platform will allow women to share, discuss, help, entertain and identify the best beauty products for each women.

What's not to love???
